  3. Requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment.
  4. A valid reason must be provided. We may ask for additional feedback to improve our offerings.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  1. If you’ve completed more than 30% of the course content
  2. If the course was purchased at a discount or as part of a bundle
  3. If the course has already issued a certificate
  4. If your account is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions

  3. Course name
  4. Reason for refund

Our team will respond within 3-5 working days to process your request.

If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
